The way the consultation would begin is with a site visit day. Nuccia would come to visit your school and in the morning observe the day to day running. Then over lunch and through the afternoon a discussion on future plans and wishes you may have.
Nuccia will then produce a report for you which will outline suggestions and possible solutions for the on-going development of your school.
